Warranty
The Mello Company, Inc. manufacturers its products in a manner to be free of
defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the
date of shipment.
Should a defect or malfunction occur within this time, The Mello Company, Inc.
will, at its option, repair or replace the machine.
All warranty work to be done will be done at the factory. A loaner unit may
be sent if the repairs are lengthy in time.
LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS:
This is a limited warranty and is in lieu of all other representations, expressed
or implied warranties (including the implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for use) and under no circumstance shall The Mello Company, Inc. be liable
for any incidental or consequential property damages or losses.
The warranty becomes void under, but not limited to, the following conditions:

When the equipment is abused or not used or maintained in accordance with
instruction manual. |

When performance is attempted that exceeds written specifications or general
intent. |
| 3. |
When the machine is serviced, adjusted, or modified in any way by any unauthorized
agency in a manner contrary to the methods specified in the instruction manual
and accompanying safety guide sheet. |
PROCEDURES
If the product is within the warranty period and requires repair or replacement
for defects in manufacture, please contact The Mello Company, Inc. for return
authorization.
The machine should be carefully packaged and returned to the address below,
PREPAID. Any returns arriving COD unless previously authorized, will be refused.
Documentation must accompany the machine that informs The MeIlo Company, Inc.
as to the nature of the problem or defect, and a personal contact with phone number
at the customers facility.
The repaired unit will be returned to the customer in a timely manner, freight
PREPAID. The repaired unit will be shipped “best way surface,” unless the customer
specifically authorizes expedited shipment, in which case the unit will be shipped
freight COLLECT.
TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY MAY NOT BE MODIFIED WITHOUT THE MANUFACTURERS
CONSENT IN WRITING.
